The Pendleton County Grand Jury met on January 16, 2013 and brought forth five indictments. They are as follows:

Jacob Hart, dob 6/23/1986, on charges of wanton endangerment in the first degree (two counts) and fleeing or evading police in the first degree. Bail set at $10,000.
