Falmouth Assistant Chief Lt. Col. J.P. Tucker was conducting a "Walk and Talk" Patrol at Southern Elementary School, on January 11, 2013 when he was approached by school officials concerning an issue with a student. The student had made several statements to classmates about bringing a weapon to the school and shooting as many people as he could.
