A swearing in ceremony was conducted at 3 p.m. in Kennett Tavern’s Council Chambers on Sunday, December 30, 2012. Falmouth Christian Church Pastor Rick Halcomb gave the invocation. Falmouth Mayor Mark Hart performed the swearing in of the new 2013 Falmouth City Council members.
