Pamela F. Smallwood, 54, of Falmouth passed away Friday, December 28, 2012 at her home.

Surviving are husband, Danny Smallwood, Falmouth; sons, Mike Smallwood, Williamstown,  Matthew (Tabitha) Smallwood,  Dry Ridge, Joseph Smallwood;  daughters, Gleana Kisskaden, Dry Ridge, Kayla (Tony) Bishop,  Falmouth, Madison A. Smallwood, Falmouth, Amy Lynn Deathrage, Harrison Co.

Funeral services were held   Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Peoples Funeral Home, Butler.

Interment took place at the Peach Grove Cemetery, Pendleton County.
