Ready to drop Thanksgiving pounds? Print E-mail

Did you spend the holiday weekend with a plate full of turkey, mashed potatoes, bread dressing, corn pudding, rolls and butter, ham, oyster dressing and mac & cheese?  And then a second one?  And then a third one?

Then topped it off with a slice of pumpkin pie and a sliver of pecan pie and a nice piece of coconut pie?

And then you repeated it on Saturday and Sunday with leftovers sandwiched in between on Friday?

Now you feel that extra 5, 10, 15 pounds from this past weekend and spent Sunday in a food-induced coma?
