Did you spend the holiday weekend with a plate full of turkey, mashed potatoes, bread dressing, corn pudding, rolls and butter, ham, oyster dressing and mac & cheese?  And then a second one?  And then a third one?

Join the Griffin Fitness Center located at PCHS and work it off.  It is a great deal with monthly, tri-monthly, six-month or yearly deals.  A membership works out to less than a dollar a day.

There are ellipse machines, treadmills and stationary bikes for cardiovascular and an wide assortment of weight machines for any strength program.  In addition, a large number of free weights, bars and benches for a strength building program.
