Three people, one adult and two children were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident  at 5:37 p.m. on November 30, 2012 on US 27 at the intersection of Charles Drive near Peoples Funeral Home at Butler.

Amy Magee, 29, of Falmouth was traveling northbound and was stopped waiting to make a left turn onto Charles Drive.

Ryan Feltner, 19, of Falmouth was traveling northbound on US 27 in a black 2000 Dodge pickup. He did not realize that Magee was stopped. He stuck her green 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier from behind.
