The Pendleton County Public Library had a Teen Halloween Party, Friday evening, October 26. This party was for anyone in grades 6th – 12th.  The teens participated in a costume contest, played games, and ate snacks.  Everyone had a lot of fun!  If you have any questions about teen programs at the library, call Sandy at 654-8535.
