Morgan Bay, a junior at Pendleton County High School, has been selected as the number one ranked trumpeter in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY area. Morgan plays in the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra and the U.C. College Conservatory of Music’s Preparatory Brass Choir.
