The Pendleton County Grand Jury met on October 17, 2012. Three were charged with criminal indictments at this time.

Jackie Bennett, dob 01/04/1977, was indicted on charges of murder; assault in the first degree; criminal mischief in the first degree; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence-first offense with aggravating circumstances. Bail set at $100,000.
