Tony Spence seeking re-election for school board Print E-mail

I would like to first thank the residents of Pendleton County Division 1 for the trust to serve the last four years as your representative to the Pendleton County School Board. It has been an honor to be a part of such an important part of our county's future and it is with great pleasure that I have chosen to seek re-election. Therefore, I humbly ask for your continued support.

I believe we as a school district have faced many challenges which has led to some difficult decisions over the last few years. However, together we have weathered these times and met the challenges head on to keep our school district moving forward. I have witnessed a school district determined to work together and create a great learning environment for the children of Pendleton County, and it is for this reason, I desire to remain a part.

As a lifetime resident of Falmouth and a graduate from Pendleton County High School, I am motivated to help make Pendleton County Schools some of the best schools in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As your school board member, I strive to support our teachers, administrators, transportation and central office staff to provide our children with the highest quality education available.

A vital role of a school board member is to know our communities, understand its needs, and apply this knowledge to making the best possible decisions concerning the education of our children.

Being the father of a current senior at Pendleton County High School, a lifelong resident of the County, and being personally involved in postgraduate education , I believe I possess the qualified perspectives to make the best possible decisions for our communities.

Being committed to our County and it's educational system, I desire to provide Division 1 with reliable decision making to move Pendleton County Schools into the future as a state of the art, cutting edge school district that will produce the leaders of tomorrow. It would be an honor to serve you again and I appreciate your support in the upcoming election.
