Mary Helen Self, 81, wife of James W. Self Sr. passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012.

Surviving are, in addition to her husband, children, Jim (Linda) Self, Jeff (Janet) Self, Cheri (Joe) Amann; grandchildren, Melissa, Eric and Amanda; eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 25 and noon-12:30 p.m. on Wednesday with funeral services immediately following, at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd.

Interment will take place at  the Lexington Cemetery.
