The name of the man who was found dead on September 13, 2012 at Kincaid Lake State Park was Gary S. Goldsberry, 63, of Newport. He was a counselor at the Joseph House and Commonwealth Substance Abuse Specialists and had been a teacher at Simon Kenton High School.
