Council approves renaissance director

Falmouth Mayor Mark Hart updated the council regarding the status of the Klee Farm Project. He explained that the city would purchase 38.5 acres of farm land directly from the Klee Family at a cost of $275,000 and that Cox Construction would purchase the remaining five  acres of land directly from the Klee Family at a cost of $325,000. The original plan was for Cox Construction to buy the entire farm for $600,000 and for Falmouth to purchase 38.5 acres of the property from Cox Construction.
