The Pendleton County Grand Jury met on August 15, 2012. Four criminal indictments were issued at this time.

George Hardy, dob 7/19/1964, was indicted on charges of fleeing or evading police in the first degree; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence-first offense with aggravating circumstance-refusal; and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $2,500.
