Kentucky Office of Highway Safety Director Bill Bell presents Falmouth Police Department Captain Roger Nowakowski with the Governor’s Occupant Protection Enforcement Award for his excellent efforts to increase safety awareness.
The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety (KOHS) today honored 126 law enforcement officers from 123 agencies across the commonwealth for their efforts to increase the use of seat belts and child restraints.
The second annual Governor’s Occupant Protection Awards ceremony was held in Lexington. Awards were presented to officers with the most occupant protection citations in each agency and division.
Falmouth Police Department Captain Roger Nowakowski won the award.
