Ryan Colvin, 27 Print E-mail

Ryan James Colvin, 27, of Falmouth passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012. 

Born on July 14, 1984 in Ft. Thomas to Roger and Marcia Cropper Colvin, and he married Samantha O'Hara on April 18, 2009, and his dear wife survives his passing. Ryan was a 2002 graduate from Pendleton High School, a heavy equipment operator with Eaton, and a dear friend to all who knew him.

Preceding him in death were sister, Alicia Danielle Colvin on February 18, 2005; and paternal grandparents, James and Alta Colvin.

Surviving him in addition to wife and parents are children,  Levi James and Austyn Rylan Colvin; maternal grandparents, William O. and Christine Cropper, Cold Spring; in-laws, Marla and Darrell Purcell, Falmouth and James O'Hara, Falmouth; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, June 8, 2012, at the Antioch Mills Christian Church, with Bro. Evan Meyer and Bro. John Byard officiating. Special remembrances were shared by Emily McCauley and Brooke Lengle.

Serving as pallbearers were Wayne Purcell, Joe Purcell, Jason O'Hara, Derrick Ramsey, Jeremy King, Jason Wooton, Rodney Miles and Andrew King; and honorary pallbearers were Carter Petrey, Hunter Purcell, Danny Hurst, Joe Jacobs, Cody Delk, Carson Delk, Clint Stout, Tim Delk, Randy Colvin, Jeffrey Cropper and Justin Hasken.

Interment took place in the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth.
