Della "Susie" Blevins, 75, of Falmouth passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Edgewood.

Preceding her death are parents, Arther and Mary Saylers Stanilla; sisters, Arthene Stanilla and Louise Marr; and brother, Manuel Stanilla.

Surviving her are husband, Gaylord Blevins, Falmouth; sons, Elbert Blevins, Brooksville, Allen Blevins, Brooksville, Gaylord Blevins Jr., Owenton, Ronald Blevins, Ft. Knox; daughters, Deborah Anderson, Falmouth, Sarah Smith, Falmouth; and sister, Lucy Prokop, Idaho.

Funeral services were held Satuday, May 19, 2012 at Peoples Funeral Home, Butler.

Interment took place at Lenoxburg Cemetery, Foster.
