Viola Jump, 89, of Independence, formerly of Dry Ridge, passed away April 5 at St. Elizabeth Hospice.

Surviving are daughters, Donna G. Ryan of Florence, Patricia A. Jump of Florence, Judy L. Harrison of Mason and Sherry L. Clingerman of Falmouth; sons, Robert M. Jump of Fredericksburg, Va. and Roy L. Jump of Dry Ridge; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held April 9 at Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge.

Interment took place at the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
