Neil and Marilyn Belcher came to Pendleton County when he was hired by Delphos to move into the position of publisher of The Falmouth Outlook in 2014. In 2021, they expressed a desire to find a local owner for the 125-year-old Pendleton County paper. The Belchers took ownership on January 1, 2022.
