PC Softball helps others over holidays

    The Pendleton County Ladycat Softball team  is looking to make a difference over the holidays.     They are collecting items to make care packages for the homeless to be distributed in Newport this weekend. Another project the team is contributing to is  adopting a family to sponsor as a team.

Caudill to play soccer for Midway

    Pendleton County High School boy’s soccer star Ty Caudill is going to Midway College next season to play soccer.     The senior soccer player had an outstanding year, scoring nine goals and recording eight assists as he helped the Wildcats rack up seven victories and two tie games this season.

Briscoe and Larson win at Millbridge Sprints, Ricky Thornton Jr. joins Lucas Oil Series

    The big race this week was in North Carolina at Millbridge Speedway. The 1/6 mile track hosted the Outlaw Kart racing cars. Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, and Chase Briscoe all drove midgets this weekend in the race.
