Pendleton Rec makes changes as baseball and softball begin

By Carolyn Reid Pendleton County Rec’s Karen Davis reports over 300 children signed up for baseball or softball this coming season, first through sixth grade. Estimating from numbers given to the Outlook by elementary schools, that is just about one-third of the children eligible to play.

By Sam McClanahan Pendleton County senior Austin Browning made school history on March 28 as he became the first person from the Esports program to sign a letter-of-intent to compete at the college level.

Ladycats split four games against tough competition

By Sam McClanahan The Pendleton County Ladycats faced a busy week of competition as the team took on four opponents coming away with two wins. The week began with a March 27 home matchup against Fleming County and Pendleton County would score a 7-3 victory at Moreland Field.

Wildcats pick up first victory over Gallatin County

By Bruce Reller Jr. The Pendleton County Wildcats picked up their first win of the season with a lopsided win over Gallatin County. The Wildcats jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the second inning and never looked back, as they out hit Gallatin County 14-5.
