‘Souper’ Cloverbuds collect mmm mmm good

On Jan. 27, a group of 42 youngsters, ages 5-8, met at the Pendleton County Extension Office in Falmouth for a “souper” good time as the 4-H Cloverbuds explored soup. They listened to a soup story, created soup artwork, learned about the ingredients that are used to make soup, and even compiled ingredients for their very own soup mix to take home. In addition to the small group soup lessons, the children brought in a collective 84 cans of soup. This service project will provide supplies for Grassy Creek Christian Church’s Blessing Box in Demossville.
