Timothy Combs, 65, of Butler, KY, passed away on Feb. 6 at his home in Butler, KY. 

Survivors include his children Brian Galliher, Bruce, Justin, and Myria Combs.

Visitation and funeral services were held on Feb. 9 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
