Roy Rafael Cunningham, 93, of Alexandria, KY, passed away on March 27, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
He is survived by his children Gregory Cunningham, Sharon (Larry) Geiger, Donna Singer, Ruth Lyle, and Stephen (Danielle) Cunningham.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
Interment took place at St. Johns Cemetery in Wilder.
