Richard Lee Hart, 56, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY.
He is survived by his mother, Jeannie Hart; and his children: Jacob Hart, Morgan Hart, and Sydney Hart.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 9, at Antioch Mills Christian Church. Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, is caring for the family.
