Okley Melvin Blevins, 92, of Independence, KY passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Villaspring of Erlanger.
He is survived by his daughter Pam Rose.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler, with the funeral following on Monday at the Orchard Terrace Church of God.
Interment took place at Evergreen Cemetery.
