FALMOUTH — Luther Oliver Blevins Jr., 63, of Falmouth, passed away Feb. 21, 2026.
He was born Sept. 21, 1962, in Fort Thomas, a son of the late Luther and Hazel Blevins.
Luther is survived by his wife, Carla S. Williams Blevins; children Evan A. (Rachel Gibson) Blevins, Pauline (Mel) McGuire, Anita (Kyle Carpender) Beckett and Barbara (Rick) Rerrieck; grandchildren Alisha, Austin, Seth, Dylan, Destiny, Jasmine and Jullian; and great-grandchildren Jasper, Jason and Esmerea.
