Jeremy Wayne Heaverin (39) of Berry, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was born on July 29, 1981 in Cynthiana, KY.
Survivors include his father Dennis Heaverin, stepfather Rick Wainscott, children Eathen, Braiden, Noah, Miley and Adriana Heaverin, brother Keith (Nicole) Heaverin, sister Tessa (Alistair) Blair and grandparents Gayle and Janet Wainscott.
Memorial services were held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
