George Gus Phillips VIII, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY.
He is survived by three children: Gus Phillips IX, Jeorgia Phillips, and Xavier Phillips.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
