GARY CUMMINS
Gary Lee Cummins, 76, of Foster, KY passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at his home. He was born in Foster, KY on September 17, 1947, the son to the late Robert and Irene Taylor Cummins. In addition to his parents, Gary is preceded in death by his sister Janice Shepard.
Survivors include Gary’s children: Lee (Cheryl) Cummins and Melinda Boschert; grandchildren: Kayla (Jonathan) Lucas, Jonathon Hunter (Laura) Boschert, BreeAnn and Brayden Cummins; great-grandchildren Jaden and Cameron Lucas.
Gary was a 1965 graduate of Bracken County High School. He retired after 20 years at Carmeuse Lime & Stone, worked at Licking Valley C.A.P. as a driver and was a lifelong Bracken County farmer. He was very particular and took his work seriously. Gary was a devout Christian, big Trump guy, and loved flowers. Gary could be found hanging out at a couple of his favorite places, the local hair salon or at the gun store.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Milford Christian Church in Brooksville, KY, under the direction Peoples Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. officiated by Michael Cannon, also at the church.
Interment will take place at Johnsville Cemetery in Brooksville.
Memorials, if desired, are suggested to a charity of one’s choice.
