Elgin Merrill Mitchell, 85, of Berry, KY, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Baptist Health in Lexington, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Vest Mitchell; daughter Cathy (Donald) Martin of St. Jacob, IL; two step-sons: Robert Thomas (Cassie) McCandless and Matthew Edward McCandless, both of Berry, KY.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.
Interment took place at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
