Morningview — David “Fooster” R. Allen, 66, of Morningview passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Williamstown.
Surviving him are brothers, Johnny and Jimmy Allen; sisters, Jessica Faye Allen and Dottie Allen.
Services were held Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Morningview United Methodist Church.
Burial took place at Wilmington Cemetery, in Demossville.
