Charles “Chuck” Mason, 73, of Butler, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Ft. Thomas.
Chuck was born in Boston, KY on June 16, 1949, son of the late John and Fern Klaber Mason. Chuck was a veteran of the United States Army, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Chuck is preceded in death by his son Tommy Mason and brother Gary Mason.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis Murrell Mason; daughters Heather (Shannon) Hundemer, Amy (Andy Baxter) Mason; son Charles “Bubby” Mason; sisters Penny Sinclair, Susie Hodge, and Janet Meinze; brothers John, Randy, Robert, Scottie, and Billy Mason; grandkids Annabelle Baxter, Katy Belle Mason, and Jack and Claire Hundemer.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place at the Butler Cemetery.
