Cecil Jones, 92, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Harrison County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Falmouth, KY on July 15, 1931, son of the late Omer and Alice Scheitz Jones. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Meyer Jones.
Cecil was a United States Army Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post 109 and Southern Hope Church of Christ.
Survivors include his daughters Diane (Jerry) Miller and Denise (C.L.) Watts.
The visitation and funeral services were held on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Southern Hope Church of Christ in Falmouth, under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
Interment took place at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Falmouth, KY.
