Carolyn Sue Wells Sullivan, 77, of Butler, KY, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY.
She is survived by 6 children: Paula Sullivan, JoEllen (David) Dawson, Wesley (Cherie) Sullivan, Jonathan (Amber) Sullivan, Brandon Sullivan and Kalyn (Ricky) Sullivan.
The visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16 at Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place at Turner Ridge Cemetery.
