Carletta F. Gallagher (92) of Falmouth, KY passed away Friday, December 30, 2022, at the River Valley Nursing Home in Butler, KY. Carletta was born in on August 19, 1930, daughter of the late Thomas and Mammie Mae Wolfe Jenkins.
Carletta was a member of the Turner Ridge Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter Diana Mae Bruin, sister Christine Middleton, grandchildren Tammy (Rob) Gosney, Larry Jay Gallagher, Tara (Chad) Wright, Jeremy (Cindy) Rose, Jodie Hall (Mike Rice), Josh (Ashley) Rose, Nikki (Josh) McGlone, and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Carletta was preceded in death by her husband John C. “Jay” Gallagher, sons Larry Gallagher, twins Lynn and Lee Gallagher, brothers James and Wesley Jenkins, sisters Dollie Schlueter and Lillie Loretta Jenkins.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler, KY. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Turner Ridge Baptist Church.
Interment will take place at Turner Ridge Cemetery.
