US MILITARY VETERAN
Alexandria — Charles Thomas Robbins, 101, of Alexandria, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026, after a short stay at the VA Community Living Center in Cincinnati, OH.
As a patriotic US Marine Corps Veteran of WWII, Charles always respected the role of the military in securing and maintaining freedom.
Surviving him are his children, Daphne (Bob) Blair, Foneva (Guy) Buddenberg, Charles “Leroy” (Janice) Robbins, Doris (Larry) Meister, Judy (Alvin) Bruce, Sheila (Kevin) Bonapfel, Mary Jo (Brennan) Dean, Katrina (Doug) Goad, and Charlé (Jeff) Fain.
Visitations will be held from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1237 Rocky View Drive, Cold Spring, KY 41076 and from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at his church preceding the funeral at 11 a.m., with Pastor Jeff Fain officiating.
Burial will take place at the Alexandria Cemetery, with full military honors by the Hardin-Browning Post #109.
