Falmouth — Carolyn Jean Hesler, 78, of Falmouth, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Seasons Alexandria in Alexandria.
She was born in Cynthiana, on April 17, 1947, daughter of the late Matt and Dorothy Delaney Hesler.
Carolyn retired after teaching for 33 years with the Pendleton County School System. Carolyn held a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education. She was a member of Falmouth Christian Church, Mount Auburn Homemakers and Pendleton County Retired Teachers.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded by her brothers, James “Mike” Hesler and William Franklin “Billy” Hesler.
Survivors include her nieces; Laura (Brian) Pugh, Emily (Christian) Leuger, Sheila (Mike) Wright; nephews,William Patrick Hesler, Christopher (Lauren) Hesler, John Chafin; sisters-in-law, Pamela (the late Mike) Hesler and Margret (the late Billy) Hesler.
Services were held Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Peoples Funeral Home, in Falmouth. Funeral was officiated by Mike Delaney.
Carolyn’s final resting place is at Riverside Cemetery, in Falmouth.
