Pendleton County High School’s DECA club they blew it out of the water in regional competition Jan. 15 at Eastern Kentucky University.
There were 32 DECA students representing PCHS and 21 students have advanced to compete at state level in March in Louisville.
Each student participates in their respective business-focused event. Regionals is the first competition that DECA competes in against numerous other high schools in the area.
PCHS results included:
• Chloe Holbrook, Jenna Hyden and London Johnson, first place in Independent Business Plan
• Mckenna Head and Kaylee Snodgrass, first, Integrated Marketing Campaign- Product
• Aubrey Mullins and Elijah Barhorst, first, Integrated Marketing Campaign-Service
• Jaren Ashcraft and Callie Seedle, first, Business Solutions Project
• Ava Roenker, second, Community Giving Project
• Adam Beebe, second, Automotive Services Marketing
• Miles Collins, Parker McCandless and Jonathon Brossart, third, International Business Plan
• Lincoln Meyer, third, Business Services Marketing
• Dorothy Beebe and Jessa Gerhardstein, third, Marketing Management
• Riley Browning, Benjamin Patton and Aubrey Record, fourth, Integrated Marketing Campaign-Event
