Creature Feature runs every other week showcasing some of the dogs available for adoption at the Pendleton County Animal Shelter.
“Please take a moment and look at all the dogs we have up for adoption and see if you could open your heart to adopt a new family member.”
The shelter participated in the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters event, which covered all adoption fees Oct. 1 to 15. During that span, the Pendleton shelter adopted out 12 dogs, returned three to their owners, and another three went to rescue. That still left 25 dogs at the shelter needing homes.
Contact the shelter at 859-472-5400 to inquire about adding a fur baby to your family, or stop in at the shelter at 1314 Bryan Griffin Road, Butler. Dogs also are on the Facebook page, Pendleton County (KY) Animal Shelter.
