Blanket Creek
Jeremiah 18 talks about the Potters Hands. Just as a potter molds and makes dishes etc. the Lord is the potter who molded and made us according to His image. He takes something we think is a mess and makes something good out of it and offers us eternal life when we accept Him as our personal Lord and Savior.
Several were added to the prayer list this week so let’s continue to pray for everyone. Remember the family of Sherry Williams Wilcher.
We will be baptizing a family of five on Oct. 5, at 11 a.m. Please pray for that service.
Blessings to all!

New Life Wesleyan
This past Sunday, we had two most wonderful services, starting with a free community breakfast, followed by great Sunday school classes. Our morning service was super exciting with the baby dedication of Conway Colemire, son of Trevor and Madison. That was followed by a baptismal service with Jeff Dupps and Erin Penick being baptized.
Sunday night, we had the opportunity to have a puppet show, which got everyone's attention. Following the lesson from the puppets, everyone enjoyed pizza.
Come join us at New Life Wesleyan Church, 420 Monument St., Falmouth.

Pleasant Ridge Baptist
Bro. Mark’s message was from Matthew 24:26. So if someone tells you the Messiah has returned and it out in the desert, don’t bother to go look. For as the lightning flashes across the sky from east to west, so shall my coming be, when I, the Messiah returns. We don’t know the day or time Jesus will return. Are we in the end times? What are the signs? Don’t let anyone fool you. Some will come claiming to be the Messiah will lead many astray. The nations and kingdoms of the earth will rise against each other. Wars, famines and earthquakes in many places. All this will be only the beginning of the horrors to come.
As believers don’t fall back into temptation. Not even the angels, nor Jesus knows the date or time. Only the Father knows.

Trinity Southern Baptist
This Sunday, over 365 people gathered at Trinity for a powerful time of worship and reflection. In a week marked by heaviness, the message centered on “Understanding Why,” drawn from Deuteronomy 29:29—reminding us that while some things remain hidden, God’s revealed truth is enough to guide us forward. The atmosphere was one of unity, healing, and renewed trust in God’s promises.
As we continue to walk together through life’s uncertainties, Trinity is excited to take worship beyond our walls next week. On Sunday, October 5, we’ll be hosting a community-wide worship service at Wool Fest, beginning at 11:00 AM on the main stage. All are welcome to join us for this special time of praise, fellowship, and hope.
Come experience the grace and joy of worshiping together as a Church on the Move.

Turner Ridge Baptist
“The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy” Psalm 126:3. We are blessed that God has taken a small country church established 150 years ago and continues to work through us as we pray for new opportunities to be a witness.
The children’s message ‘Giving Thanks’ from Psalm 100, let the kids say what they were thankful for, but most important – give thanks that God gave His only Son to die on the cross. Then special music, Without Him by Bro. Dale, Bro. Kendall and Bro. Craigmyle stated the obvious, Without Him how lost I would be. Kiersten Beighle read Psalm 105:1-5, the Praise team sang Find Us Faithful, then Bro. Dale’s message, Remembering With Thanksgiving, Psalm 100:1-5. We should Worship, Enjoy Life, Serve and Endure with Thanksgiving. “If we endure, We shall also reign with Him …” 2Tim 2:12.
