Butler — Paula Smith (72) of Butler, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her home.
She was born in Owenton, October 7, 1952, the daughter of the late Charles and Opel Johnson Deckard.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Jimmy Smith Sr.; brothers, Charles Vernon, Billy and David Deckard; sisters, Doris Burke and Norma Lee.
Surviving her are her sons, Jimmy Jr., Tommy and Timmy (Stacey) Smith; sisters, Louise Brann, Ruth Whalen; grandchildren, Jayden, Gaige, and Piper Smith.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the Peoples Funeral Home, in Butler. Funeral to immediately follow, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
