Richard Lee Wilson, 72, of Butler, KY, passed away on Sunday August 25, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. He was born in Butler, KY on April 18, 1952 son to the late Ira Lee and Isabel Scott Wilson.
Richard attended Grassy Creek Christian church. He enjoyed working on old cars and tractors, he could fix anything.
Richard is survived by his wife Dawn Bradford Wilson; son Cory (Sarah) Wilson; and daughter Chelsey (Raymond) Stone; his sister Mary Ann Hornbeek; niece Amanda Cappon; grandchildren Nora, Meredith and Lily.
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 31 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place at Butler Cemetery.
