Mark Anthony Lea, 53, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the UK Medical Hospital. He was born on June 7, 1971, to Bertha Hensley Lea and the late Paul Lea. Mark worked as a specialist at EZ Pack in Cynthiana and was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. And his greatest love was time spent with his grandkids and family.
Along with his mother, Mark is survived by his children: Ryan (Kelsie) Stegman, Taylor (Ezequiel) Lopez, and Hunter Lea (Taylor McClain); grandchildren: Maelynn, Whaley, Harper, Whitley, Hagen, Michael, Harlan and Navi; his sister Paula (Glenn) Daniels and his brother Matthew (Jamie) Lea. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Alivia Lea, Lexie Lea, Alissa Lea, Danyan Hoskins, and Amber Daniels; along with several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Mark also leaves behind his beloved dog, Bella.
Along with his father, Mark was preceded in death by his brother Clarence Wayne Lea.
Visitation for Mark took place on Friday, August 2 at the Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth with the funeral services following on Saturday.
Interment took place at the family farm.
