    Betty has been at the Pendleton County Animal Shelter almost a year. “She’s a sweetheart and just wants someone to love her,” according to the shelter.

    Chops is a puppy “but is an absolute love bug. Come meet this adorable guy and fall in love,” shelter workers said.
