Adam L. Combs, 34, passed away on Jan. 14.
He is survived by his father, Eddie Combs; and daughters Madison Humphries and Sadie Combs.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Jan. 18, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
In place of flowers, memorials can be made to the Adam Combs burial fund care of Peoples Funeral Home.
