William “Billy” Joseph Smallwood Jr., 53, of Falmouth, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Harrison Memorial.
He was born in Cynthiana, on June 30, 1969, son of Catherine Mullins Smallwood and the late William Smallwood Sr.
Billy was a member of the Pendleton County Search and Rescue team, a retired volunteer Falmouth Fireman, member of the Sons of Confederacy, a proud organ donor and a very loving person that helped many people in his community.
Surviving are his wife Terra Mackintosh Smallwood; his mother Catherine; children J.T. (Madison) Smallwood, Alicia (Nick Cox), Keisha Smallwood, Ben (Ansley) Harrison, Phoenix and Xavier Staley, Sam Johnson and the late Austin Smallwood; daughter-in-law, Natalie Gibson; sisters, Louise (Mitchell) Whitaker, Julie (Jim Reis) Smallwood and Cathy (Mike) Moore; grandchildren, Zack, Brayden, Brady, Brooks, Blakelee, Braxton, Ivan and Gannon.
Services were held from Monday, May 1, 2023 at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Pendleton County Search and Rescue.
