Hays Hargis Smith Jr., 69, of Highland Heights, KY passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Sue Henry Smith and a son Adam Hays Smith.
Visitation and funeral services were held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler.
Interment took place at the Evergreen Cemetery.
