James “Jim” A. Cox (90) of Demossville, KY, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022 at his home. He was born in Pendleton Co., KY on April 5, 1932, son to the late Talton and Sylvia Lower Cox.
Jim was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict, a retired contracts manager of Martin Marietta Aerospace Company in Maryland, a retired farmer, a retired community volunteer, and a member of Grassy Creek Christian Church.
Survivors include his daughters Carol Arata, Christina Cox, Mary (Bob) Waltimyer and Debra (Curt) Smith, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m., also at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
Memorials are suggested to Grassy Creek Christian Church, Camp Northward, or a charity of one’s choice.
