Mark Brian Wells, 48

Mark Brian Wells, 48, of Butler, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. He was born on November 6, 1974, to James “Jim” Wells of Hebron and Brenda Eades Clos of Mt. Auburn. Mark was a 1995 graduate of Pendleton County High School and was known for his outgoing personality. He loved listening to country music, with favorite artists such as George Strait, Alan Jackson, and Jason Aldean. He was a Bengals football fan, and enjoyed writing and coloring. Mark was awarded with his 25 years of service with NorthKey of Falmouth and was named employee of the year multiple times. He also participated in the Special Olympics and was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church in Alexandria. Mark never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. He will be greatly missed.

Along with his parents, Mark is survived by his brothers James “Jimmy” (Jessica) Wells of Las Vegas, NV and Brent (Michelle) Wells of Alexandria, KY. He is also survived by his nephews Gabe Wells and Alec Wells, and his niece Skyler Wells. Mark loved his family and is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Grandmother Irene Steele and Grandmother Della Eades.

Visitation for Mark will take place on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 4PM-7PM at the Main Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, KY. A second visitation will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10AM-11AM, followed by funeral services at 11AM, with Robert Franklin officiating. Interment will take place at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
